About us

The old stone house dates back to 1760 and was the birthplace of Pietro Ramaglia in 1802. He became the director of the medical university in Naples and was the personal physician of King Ferdinand the second of Bourbon.

My name is Karin, I’m Swedish and this my home. For a number of years, I have had a dream of moving to Italy. The first time I arrived in Ripabottoni I experienced a strong feeling of “coming home”.  I wish that you, as my guest, will feel the same.

Art & Breakfast offers four large, individually decorated rooms, all with their own private bathrooms. There is a nice living- and dining area and a big, beautiful garden where you can find your own spot to relax, enjoy a good book, the sun and perhaps a glass of the local wine. Free wireless internet access is available in the whole B&B.
